Finally got to try vegan mozzarella cheese from Miyokos! It’s seriously good and I made

on pizza & lasagne & stuffed shells ... in soup and on mushroom steaks ... it just doesn’t disappoint at all. You don’t need dairy...ever!

This Miyoko’s Vegan Mozzarella is so delicious. I absolutely love the flavor. It’s more like

a cheese spread because it’s soft and does not shred. I personally don’t think it melts that well (too oily when melted), but it tastes great on a triscuit or spread on a veggie sandwich or wrap. #abillionlove #miyokos #mozzarella #ditchdairy

This stuff is amazing! Excellent flavor, ingredients read much cleaner than other plant based cheeses,

and from a great company. This is great eaten alone or cooked in a dish.

Sadly, I was lacking basil for a proper caprese, but it was still great. I added Trader Joe’s balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
