I seriously can’t get enough of the vegan options at Empress here in Singapore. This was my first time getting the new vegan lunch prix-fixe and it was fantastic!

It’s $38 but super value considering everything you get.

The starter is a spinach and corn soup with a dumpling and a pan-fried #impossible gyoza. The soup is amazing and the gyoza always blows away my carnivore friends. 

Followed by #omnipork balls and fine noodles and veggies with fried tofu patties. 

And ending with my favorite dessert in Singapore!
