Review of OsomeEgg - OsomeFood by biapol

Last week I finally tried out the vegan egg by Osome. The egg white doesn’t have much of a flavour (kinda like with a real egg) but the yolk is nice. It has some turmeric flavour and has a nice bite to it. As I miss egg salad sandwich I decided to mash it up with a bit of vegan Mayo to have on my toast and it was really yummy. The package contains 4 eggs and they are frozen. What I did was just put it in the fridge the night before and the next day I could eat it. Didn’t need any heating, you can just eat it like it is. The description mentions not to cook it as it will loose the nutrition. Great for satisfying my occasional egg cravings!
