I made a poke bowl with this amazing vegan tuna 🍣 I cubed it, marinated it in a mixture of soy sauce, nori flakes, sesame oil and chili flakes. The texture is just like real raw fish - without the marinade it’s a bit sweet tho! The bowl was filled with sushi rice 🍚 that I topped with homemade kimchi, avocado 🥑, wakame salad, pickled ginger and coconut flakes #utrecht
