Review of Rice Paper - Erawan Brand by ecobunny

Now this, this is #veganisnotscary . I always, always have a packet in my pantry as these are so versatile. Rice paper facon (delight!), cold or hot noodles (cut them up and add them to warm or cold water and pour over chili sauce and chopped peanuts), add to soups, make spring rolls, wrap them around marinaded mushrooms or and lightly fry them (see Woon Heng, the food blogger for these ideas), or fry them broken up in sesame oil to make a fantastic cracker (great with salt alone or nooch, or vegan parm). The packets (depending on how many you use and how often) can last quite a while. Pretty packaging, although they can go 'limp' if not kept in an airtight sealed container (be careful to do so, as it makes cutting them, pre soaking, a lot easier). 6 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp garlic powder
