Really happy to see jackfruit coming to the west, and this version of a jackfruit taco was really tasty. The tortilla was a bit basic but otherwise everything inside was great.
A bit dry to be frank but the bread was very good and the potato fries sauce attached.
Looked a bit better than I had expected but at the end of the day it was still a nice appetizer. A bit lacking on garlic and salt in my opinion.
Looked and tasted good, BUT gotta do something better with the kale. Kale needs to be massaged or cooked a bit to make it edible. Felt like it was a case of “just add some kale and it will make it healthy”. Felt a bit token more
Wow!! An authentic taste of ASIA in Spain. Not sure where the Penang bit comes in, but nice Thai curry flavor.
This is one of the most original vegan dishes I’ve ever had. A Greek pasta usually in desserts was made into this amazing appetizer with green beans inside.
Super smooth soup of pure zucchini. Perfect temperature.
I’m no expert but this seems pretty authentic. Nice thickness and highly nutritious millet dosa.
