Nutritionist in Singapore. I don't want to put a label on myself - I eat lots of plant based food (would say 80%) but now and then I'll have a good salmon steak or an egg omelette for breakfast.
Usually it comes with chorizo flakes but i asked to get without. It’s a great combination of sourness and creaminess. Definitely recommended
Super tasty side dish. The eggplant is roasted to perfection and the pesto gives it a great twist
On the photo in the bottom. It’s the only vegan main dish but it’s amazing. Real mushroom taste mixed with pine nuts and chickpeas. Just perfect
What a nice addition to their poke bowls. Avocado instead of fish makes a smooth texture and goes really well with brown rice
I did not take a photo but it was so delicious I have to write a review. It's the only vegan dish but you don't need more. It's an oven baked eggplant filled with a tomato-chickpea sauce and a side salad. Just amazing
We stayed at Ja Manafaru in Maledives and they have a breakfast buffet. You'll find lots of plant-based food however they only served milk for the cereals. So I asked the chef and he offered me to make homemade almond milk more
I was craving some energy balls so had to try this maca power ball. Unfortunately it was not really my taste. Too sweet with lots of raisins and dates and not enough coconut taste.
The chickpea go very well in the masala sauce and will fill you up till dinner. The side salad has a nice sour taste and is topped with pomegranate seeds. Overall a great plant-based dish to give you an extra protein boost for the day
I was very curious to try this sweet potato chocolate mousse and did not get disappointed. It was not too sweet and the texture was quite creamy. My husband was not so fond of it but I really liked it. don't expect it to more
