The only things that I changed up were on the cooking instructions for this recipe-
*cooked cauliflower for 20 minutes face up before finishing with coconut oil & cayenne red pepper
*switched to Le Creuset bakeware to finish more

I love popcorn and if you live in the USA it is easy to find in any grocery store. I hope they one day serve fresh at the movie theater! Till then, I’ll be sneaking my own popcorn in to see a movie...😈

The hardest food for me to give up when I went Vegan was cheese. However, this cashew cheese is incredible and satisfying! I highly recommended when you just want a quick snack in front of the tv and on the couch!

I had the Vegan Pho minus the Tofu and it was delicious! I had fresh coconut for my dessert and it was also delicious! I’ll definitely be going back!
